Great place for breakfast, lunch. Good basic food with fast and friendly service. Inside is spacious seating, with a couple of seats available outside. Very clean facilities.

Food was good and hot. Wait staff oblivious. Asked for syrup for pancakes but never came even though guy passed me two more times. Tables went unbussed whole time there.

Walking distance from where I was staying so I ate here several times. Each time service was friendly and welcoming. The pancakes are the best, light and fluffy. Salad was fresh and crisp. I'll eat here again next time am in town
