  This has been my go to place for upscale top-notch sushi for many years. I frequently take parties from work here as our company is close by.
  
  The quality, presentation and ambience have always been outstanding.
  
  However at my last visit the service was very very slow. At one point I had to go to to look for the server as I felt responsible having taken my party here and some people hadn't ordered yet after being here for over 30 minutes.
  
  5 of us decided for the sushi combo served in a boat, giving a budget of $40 per person. It was okay, but not much honestly all of us could have eaten twice as much.
  
  We ordered dessert but again painfully slow.
  
  Kind of sad as the sushi is really nice but for $50 a person (including desaert) I want to expect more.

  A couple years ago I would have rated the place four stars. Unfortunately that's no longer he case. The last several visits have been very underwhelming. Average quality fish, appetizer portion sizes for main course meal.....and very expensive. Ambience is still nice though. Recently ordered online in the evening and it took an hour to be ready for a California roll, some tempura and salmon teriyaki dinner. I'm going to wait a while to see if things get better before going back.

  The food was OK, but: the service was very slow, they served my appetizer 15 minutes after my wife's one, they served the soup cold, there was a strange object in my salmon and finally, they tried to charge us 3 meals that we hadn't ordered for a total of over $30. They corrected the bill, but I was already upset at that point.
