  Love the pizza but hate the excessive wait time. It's not just the possibility of waiting for a table, or the expected (and accepted) time (~40 min) for the deep dish to be prepared but the extra time for who know what. Last time I was here I had waited an hour and a half for my pizza. The waiter was quite nice and tried to take care of us.

  Short version: Overall decent pizza, but be aware that the wait time can be upwards to 2 hours or more even if they tell you an hour.
  
  Long Version: Ordered online. Was told to expect a confirmation email. Did not receive email. Called to confirm. Was told it would be ready no later than 7:30. Got there at 7:30. Was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes. Was told again it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I get that it's deep dish and takes a little longer, but if you're going to tell people when it's going to be ready then you need to have it ready.
  
  The pizza itself was a decent take on a Chicago deep dish. Probably some of the better pizza I've had in the Bay Area, but that's not saying much for around here. In my experience pizza just isn't done well around here.
